We offer No Hype:
It is a very simple business we're in, plain, straightforward and relatively easy. The reason you're reading this, now, is because you've been lead to believe that it's all very technical and unless you're an IT guru, you'll never understand any of this internet/web/cyber/IT stuff (hereafter referred to as "the Stuff"). Not true, "the Stuff" may be complex, but it's never been complicated. We will clarify "the Stuff" for you, without the hype, while we help you harness its power.
We offer No Hot Air, Smoke or Mirrors:
We will never say that something can’t be done and when we say we can (and want to) do it, it’s because we can (and want to) and then we’ll do it (if you still want us to). On the flip-side, when we say we can’t (or don’t want to), trust us and find someone else.
We offer Maturity:
Everyone at Emotion can remember ABBA, the Bee Gees and Queen and we survived life before television, cell phones, email and Playstation / XBOX / Wii. This does not mean we’re golden oldies even though, compared to some of our competitors out there, we’re ancient (like dinosaurs and the pyramids). These days, in this industry, maturity may not seem like a positive attribute, but it is! We were there at the beginning of “the Stuff” (been there, done that and still wear the T-shirt) and we collectively have more than 50 years experience with the scars to prove it. So, we’ve already made the mistakes (earning us the T-shirt) and you have less to worry about!

Deciding Factor: Cost
Our costs are on average between 10% and 30% less than other internet service providers. The reason for this is not because we're cheap; we’re just a lot less greedy and only charge our clients for actual cost and value added.
We're so committed to this, that we'll match or better any verifiable
quote. So, if you suspect that you're being ripped off, you probably are

Deciding Factor: Quality
We do what we do, well. We’re also too modest. So, instead of trying to convince you about our quality, which by the way is a lot like beauty (i.e. something about the eye and the beholder), we’ll do the next best thing.
If, for whatever quality related reason, you are not satisfied with the quality of our services, you may terminate our services at any time. If we’ve done any creative design work which you are not satisfied with, provided that you’ve not already accepted/received such deliverables, we will refund any payments already made in terms of such “poor quality” work. Since the only thing we loathe more than refunding money, is wasting our own valuable time doing shoddy work, the chance of either happening is practically impossible.
Deciding Factor: Security
The data centers (not just one = redundancy) where our servers (again not just one and really big, powerful ones = speed) are hosted, are so secure we can’t even get in to see them. The servers themselves are also quite (a relative term, but I didn’t want to use “so” again) secure, that if we lost our passwords, we’d never be able to change anything on any of the websites we host, which includes this site and will include your website shortly. Needless to say, we have our passwords tattooed on our bodies to avoid such a disaster. (Note to self - at some point, we’re going to have to disable the “72 day auto password expiry” feature.)
